1. Scope
1.1 These Advertising Guidelines apply to all Content that Customer submits for delivery through the Service, including the ad creative, any landing page or destination it links to, and any product feed data used to generate dynamic ads.
1.2 Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Agreement. If these Guidelines conflict with the Agreement, the Agreement controls.
2. Prohibited Content

- contain malware, spyware, automatic redirects, or code designed to download software or collect data without the user's knowledge.
3. Disclosure and Accuracy
3.1 Ads must be clearly identifiable as advertising and may not be designed to look like a publisher's editorial content.
3.2 Ad copy, imagery, and calls to action must accurately represent the product or offer on the destination they link to.
3.3 Prices, discounts, offers, and product availability stated in Content must be accurate when the Content runs, including any material conditions or limitations of an offer.

4.2 Destinations must be functional, must load the product or offer shown in the ad, and must include any age verification, state eligibility checks, and legal disclosures that applicable law requires for the products offered.
4.3 Destinations that use the Armanet SDK or other Pixels must provide the privacy notices described in Section 6.2 of the Agreement.
5. Publisher Policies and Placements
5.1 Content must comply with the content policies of each Network publisher on which it runs. Publishers may decline specific Content, and Armanet will notify Customer when that happens.
5.2 Content delivered through Extended Supply, where Customer has enabled it, is also subject to the policies of the applicable aggregator or partner.

6.5 Armanet will provide its current detailed specifications on request.
